ACE Department Faculty Members Receive Awards
Steve Rice and Tom Gallagher received awards yesterday from the Division of Student Affairs. Both received awards for generous support of UMCOT students. Steve Rice responded, "I appreciate the recognition of the administration. I am honored and humbled." Steve Rice has been a faculty member at the UMCOT for 24 years, has been recognized for this award twice, and is well deserving. Congratulations Steve! Tom Gallagher has been a faculty member at the UMCOT for 7 years, and in that time has earned Chair of his department as well. Congratulations Tom!
Consumer Electronics Recycling Event
Saturday, April 26th Sony is hosting the "E-rase Your E-Waste" consumer electronics recycling event from 9:00am-2:00pm at the Western Montana Fairgrounds.

Security Training Workshop

Computer Technology Program Advisory Committee Meeting
The Advisory Committee for the Computer Technology Program is slated to meet Wednesday April 16. Advisory Committees serve the important role of providing external feedback to the program . Committee members are a cross section of program stakeholders. Representation includes area employers, graduates, industry experts, students, and faculty. The group will convene from 7:30-9:30 am at The College of Technology's Hunter Dining Room.
Registration on Cyberbear for Autumn Term opens April 9th
Registration for Autumn Term begins Wednesday April 9th. Planning materials can be found in the online advising center at http://ace.cte.umt.edu/programs/advising.html
When meeting with your advisor, please bring a detailed plan as to the classes you would like to take Autumn Semester. Your advisor will has the advising PIN needed to complete the registration process.
